Urinary tract infection - female uncomplicated

She complained of *UTI-Symptoms* which had been present for *n* *time*, and her urine was *urine-quality*.  There had been *no* preceding episodes.  

*UTIPrecipitants?*

She denied any *UTI-ComplicationSymptoms* suggesting that there were no associated conditions.

Examination:

Temperature *tempC* C.  BP *BP* pulse *pulse*, and respirations *resps* /min.  The abdomen was soft without guarding, and there was no distention.  There was *no* *renal-angle* tenderness . The remaining general examination was normal.
