The FaxQ agent is automatically downloaded by Synapse-server.  Its purpose is to monitor a directory, and import any files found there into Synapse, and OCR the files.  The files and OCR text appear in your Inbox/Fax

If you use the Hylafax server, you should monitor a directory where the incoming faxes are copied to, and not the actual recvq directory.  You can copy completed faxes to this directory using the FaxDispatch shell fragment which should be in /var/spool/hylafax/etc/
