This tab is used to upload an electronic signature in the form of an EPS image. A link to a webpage that tells you how to create this image is given.

This signature can be inserted into any postscript template such as letters, prescriptions and requests. It is specific to you, and can not be used by others.

When you print or fax a letter/prescription, you have the option to sign the document, and if you choose to do so, then this is the image used.
