SMS

If you wish to use SMS to send text messages to patients, then you need to either use Skype, or, create an account with one of the other 3 providers listed.  They will then provide you with a username and password.  This account is then used by all users ( except Skype which uses the credits for the account currently logged into Skype ).  These tabs are only accessible to an administrator.
