Router (Wireless or Wired, we suggested wired connections where possible).
Network cable to attach physically wired PCs to the Router.
Assuming you want Internet Access you will need to connect the Cable or DSL modem to the Router.
Computers, likely running a Windows OS (Windows XP, Vista, or 2000)

Network Setups

Synapse can be deployed in either a Windows Server (2000, 2003) deployment or a Peer to Peer Network. For smaller doctor offices, a Peer to Peer Network setup is more than adequate and avoids the heavy financial outlay that comes from setting up Microsoft Server.
