The LivePC is available for testing, but is not ready yet for public release.

Starting with a fresh database - walk thru 

Notes to maintainer: ( not for users )

1. copy synapse-server.exe to /opt/synapse/
2. copy latest synapse-update.exe to /opt/synapse/
3. copy blank remr.fdb to /home/m5/.wine/drive_c/EMR/
4. copy readme.txt to /opt/synapse/
   
5. sudo chown firebird:firebird remr.fdb so that firebird can update the database
6. start synapse-server and create the default admin user "graham" with password of "password"
7. the normals table will be created with float instead of decimal, and all the other changes will happen
   
8. download all the updates
9. setup all the defaults for this user - note fonts are in ..../truetype/freefont/
10. shut down synapse-server and make a copy of the remr.fdb
11. run some tests again with synapse-server
12. run the synapse-update utility and confirm that it updates okay, and the views created work
    
13. delete the test remr.fdb, and replace with the copy
