1. Creating An Appointment

  1. Select the "Appts" tab. Choose the doctor you wish to create the appointment for from the drop down list. That doctor must already have a schedule created.
  2. You now select a day. There are number of ways of doing this.
    1. Use the "Calendar"
    2. Use the Arrow keys. The smaller arrows move by days, and the larger arrows move by weeks.
    3. Use the "M" - "S" buttons to move within this week
    4. Enter a date in the field next to the "Go" button and the "Go" button will take you to that day.
    5. Enter a dialect value in the field next to the calendar. You can type "Help" there to see the options available. For example typing "+ 12" would mean go forward 12 weeks from the date showing next to the "Go" button.
    6. Now click on a time period where you want the appointment. You can change the default period for the appointment in the "duration" field.
  3. In the "Patient" field enter a patient name. You can enter part of the first name and part of the second name. Use either "Enter" key, or the "Search" button. If there is only one patient who matches, then the name will be expanded. If there is more than one match, a popup list appears. Select the patient from there. You can just also enter part of the surname. Or you can select the patient from the "Cache" or "Persistent" tables at the far left.
  4. Click on the "Add Appt" to add the appointment.

2. Printing A Day's Appointments

Display the date for a particular doctor, and then click "Print Screen". The day's appointments appear in the browser.

3. Listing all a Patient's Appointments

Enter the patient name as above, and use the "List Patient" button. The "Print Screen" button will display them in the browser so that you can print them.

4. Adding a non-patient Appointment

To add an appointment for a rep or other person. Find the timeslot, enter the person's name, and do not hit enter. Now use the "Add Non Patient Appt" button.

5. Adding Holidays

Got to the date of the holiday, enter a description in the "Patient" field, and then click "Add Holiday"

6. Moving An Appointment

  1. Select the appointment you wish to move.
  2. Got to the new appointment date
  3. Use the arrows next to the "Time" field to alter the time to that desired, or just type the time in.
  4. Click on "Update" to move the appointment.

7. Arriving a Patient

Double click on the Patient's name in the table, and they appear in the "Waiting Room" table.

8. Deleting a Patient Appointment

Right click on the Patient's name in the table. Answer "Yes" to remove.

9. Deleting a Waiting Room Patient

Right click on the Patient's name in the Waiting Room table.
